U&V-H Epoxy


Product Description

U&V-H is a high quality composites epoxy resin specially made for the aramid fiber sheet as an impregnation adhesive and protection coating. U&V-H is an environmentally friendly material with low V.O.C’s and fast curing properties.

Application

    1. All Concrete/Steel Structures
    2. Structures Exposed to Saltwater

Application Equipment

    1. Mixing equipment: Hand mixer, electric mixer.
    2. Gauge: Scales.
    3. Application equipment: Roller, rubber scoop .

Features

    1. Applicable in humid/damp environments..
    2. It does not break down in water.
    3. High plastering property due to self-leveling.

Directions

    1. Mix Type A and Type B, using a hand mixer.
    2. Mixing equipment: Hand mixer, electric mixer.
      Gauge: Scales.
      Application equipment: Roller, rubber scoop .

Caution

    1. Mix Type A and B using a hand mixer.
    2. As Type A contains filler, it may settle down when storage is extended, agitate it sufficiently (one minute) using a hand mixer before mixing with Type B (hardener) .
    3. Mix material using a mechanical method such as a hand mixer.
    4. Limit the amount of mixed material at normal temperature so that it can be applied within 30 minutes.

Storage

    1. The viscosity tends to be high in low temperature.
    2. In case of high viscosity, add warm water to bring down the viscosity level.
    3. Refer to instruction on storage of powder or liquid-type material for further details. If any problems persists, contact the manufacturer.

Other

    1. Those not instructed in specifications may follow standard concrete specifications.
    2. In the event of any discrepancies between the specification and work environment, please consult the manufacturer or designer before application.
