U&V-GHR


Product Description

U&V-GHR is a rapid curing, high quality, pure epoxy resin specially designed for structural anchoring injections of steel rock bolt fixings with concrete and rock structures.

    1. Mixing equipment: Hand mixer.
    2. Gauge: Scales.

Features

    1. Suitable to use on concrete in humid and marsh location as operation in damp environment.
    2. Non-pollutant and non-toxic.
    3. High anti-abrasion.
    4. Rapid curing effect, suitable for emergency execution conditions and after operations
    5. In contrast to existing polyester adhesives, U&V - GHR is strong in both the short and long term.

Mixing Ratio

Directions

    1. Mix Type A and Type B, using a hand mixer.
    2. As Type A is high viscosity and density, while Type B is low viscosity and density, measure Type A and put it in the container first, then add Type B.
    3. Limit the amount of mixed material at normal temperature so that it can be applied within 2 minutes at normal temperature.
    4. As the material tends to harden quickly mix small amount of material at a time.
    5. In consideration that once used container already heated may reduce the time allowable for application, thus use other container for second mixing.

Caution

    1. A sufficient curing is required under the temperature below 50°F.
    2. Do not apply at temperatures below 31°F.
    3. Do not used expired material.
    4. Remove moisture from inside the rock bolt injector before application.
    5. The moisture remaining inside the rock bolt injector may lessen quality.

Storage

    1. Refer to instruction on storage of powder or liquid-type material for further details. If problems persists, contact the manufacturer.

Other

    1. In the event any discrepancies between the specification and work environment, consult the manufacturer or designer before application.
