Product Description

Our underwater patching mortar is used as a non-separate mortar to conform to structures in the water because of its high density & durability.

Mixing Ratio

Directions

    1. Mix Type A (1 lb.) and Type B (.16 lb.), using a hand mixer.
      (refined water may vary depending on temperature and humidity)
    2. Bring the mixed material wrapped with plastic bag to the underground site.
    3. Limit the amount of mixed material at normal temperature so that it can be applied within 20-30 minutes.
    4. Dampen concrete surface with refined water before application to ensure that concrete does not wick away
    5. moisture from mortar mixture.

Caution

    1. A sufficient curing is required under the temperature below 50°F.
    2. Do not use if powder hardens.
    3. Do not apply at temperatures below 31°F.
    4. Protect the surface from external impact at least for 24 hours after application, and continue the following work after checking curing state.

Storage

    1. Refer to instruction on storage of powder or liquid-type material for further details. If any problems persists, contact the manufacturer.

Other

    1. Those not instructed in specifications may follow standard concrete specifications.
    2. In the event of any discrepancies between the specification and work environment, please consult the manufacturer or designer before application.
