re-mgi
Product Description
RE-MGI is glass rods impregnated with garnet on its surface. It is
used for improving flexural & tensile strength for concrete structures.
Application
- Flexural strength reinforcement such as tunnel lining, slab,
girder and sewer tunnel
- Tensile strength improvement & bending reinforcement
- No surface exfoliation caused by difference between properties
of epoxy adhesives and existing concrete structure
- Six times stronger than steel bar in tensile strength
- A fifth lighter than steel bar in specific gravity
- Excellent adhesive performance in thin states
- No increase of its volume or size & weight after construction
- Earthquake resistance
- No-conductive, excellent electrical and thermal insulation
- Light weight ; convenient for transporting & handling
